Have you taken lithium in the past 30 days?
Do you have current thoughts of harming yourself or others?
Have you been diagnosed or have a history of psychosis?
Are you pregnant or suspect you are? (The effects of psilocybin on pregnancy are unknown, so we err on the side of caution.)
